Matcha-Banana Ice cream


Ingredients:

-2 Ripe Bananas

-2 tbsp soy milk (or other plant milk)

-1/2 tsp matcha powder

-1/2 tsp agar agar









Preparation:

1. Blent all the ingredients together

2. Pour into a freezer safe container

3. Leave in the freezer for 2 hours

4. Every 30 minutes stir the mixture and put it back in the freezer

5.Serve with agave syrup to taste and matcha powder
