Matcha Bread


Ingredients:

-100g gluten free flour (Schar Mix B)

-1 tsp instant yeast

-1 tsp sugar

-80ml water

-10ml oil

-1 tsp salt

-1 tsp matcha








Preparation:

1.Mix the yeast, sugar, matcha and water

2.Add it to the flour

3.Knead for 10 minutes

4.Add the oil, salt and knead for 10 minutes

5.Let the dough rise for 45 minutes in a warm place

6.Bake at 200 for 20 minutes or until and bread is fully baked
