
Ingredients:
-100g gluten free flour (Schar Mix B)
-1 tsp instant yeast
-1 tsp sugar
-80ml water
-10ml oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp matcha
Preparation:
1.Mix the yeast, sugar, matcha and water
2.Divide the flour into two bowls
3.In one of the bowls of flour add the matcha
4.Add the yeast mixture to the two flour bowls
5.Knead for 3 minutes
6.Add the oil, salt and knead for 5 minutes
7.Take a piece of the plain dough and roll it into a flat disk
8.Take a piece of the matcha dough and roll it into a flat disk
9.Put the matcha dough flat on the plain dough, cut the edges, spread some oil on it and roll
10.Cut the roll in the middle and braid it and then twist it to form a small bun
11.Let the buns rise for 45 minutes in a warm place
12.Bake at 200 for 20 minutes or until and buns are fully baked
