Matcha Vegan Cheesecake


Ingredients:

- 3 vegan cookies

- 1 tbsp vegan butter

- 5 tbsp vegan cream cheese

- 2 tbsp soy cream

- 3 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp matcha








Preparation:

1. Crash the cookies and add the melted butter.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients to create the cream

3. Press the cookies into a small tray/pan and add the cream on top

4. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours

5. Add favorite toppings
