
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp matcha
- 3 vegan cookies of your choice
Preparation:
1.Add soy milk, sugar, cocoa powder and corn flour to a pot
2.Stir until it thickens
3.Pour the mixture over the cookies
4.Leave in fridge for 3 hours
5.Top with matcha
