Matcha Crepes


- 1/2 cup gluten free flour (Schar Mix B)

- 2/3 cup soy milk (add more if needed)

- 1 tbsp melted vegan butter

- 1 Tbsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp matcha


Mix all the ingredients and use a crepe pan to form the crepes.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
