Matcha Energy Balls


Ingredients:

- 1 cup grounded almonds

- 1 cup grounded coconut

- 2 tsp matcha powder

- 1/4 cup agave syrup

-1/2 cup chocolate (vegan, melted, optional


Topping:

-25g white chocolate

-1/4 tsp coconut oil




Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Form 14-16 balls and put them in the freezer for some minutes to make following coating process easier.

3. Melt the chocolate and now coat each Matcha Ball with chocolate. (optional)
