Matcha-Lemon Jello Shots


-150 ml water

-1 tsp lemon juice

-2 tbsp sugar or agave syrup

-1/2 tsp agar agar

-1/2 tsp matcha powder

-2 empty lemon halves


1. Blent all the ingredients together (except from the lemon halves)

2. Transfer to a pan

3. Heat while stirring for 2 minutes

4. Pour the mixture into the empty lemon halves

5. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set

6. Cut in wedges and serve
