Matcha Mini cakes


Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (Schar Mix B)

- 1/3 cup soy milk

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon matcha










Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together, pour the mixture into cake forms and bake

For 12-15 minutes at 190c.


Same recipe for the brown and white 
ones.

You add cocoa powder and for the white ones you add only vanilla flavor.
