Matcha Mini Doughnuts


Ingredients:

- 100gr GF Flour (Schar Mix B)

- 80ml Soy milk

- 2 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1/2 tsp Matcha








Preparation:

1.Mix all the dry ingredients

2.Add the soy milk and form a dough ball

3.Form small doughnut balls

4.Fry until golden brown

5.Top with matcha and syrup (Or any other topping you like)
