Matcha Vegan Beignets


Ingredients:

-300gr gluten free flour (Schar Mix B)

-200ml water

-1 yeast packet

-3 tbsp sugar

-1/2 tsp matcha

-2 tbsp sunflower oil









Preparation:

1.Mix all the ingredients together and knead for 3 minutes

2.Roll out the dough and cut rectangular shapes (use some flour to make it easier to cut)

3.Let them double in size for 1 hour

4.Fry them in a pan until golden brown

5.Serve with a sprinkling of matcha and a syrup of your choice
