
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy cream & 3 tbsp
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs corn flour
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp matcha
Preparation:
1.Mix the soy cream, sugar, corn flour, vanilla extract
2.Heat in a pan and stir until it thickens
3.Leave in the fridge for 1 hour
4.Whisk 3tbsp soy cream until it becomes foam
5.Add the foam to the mixture and whisk well
6.Pour into a glass and leave in fridge for 2 hours
7.Top with matcha and fruit
