
Ingredients:
-4 tbsp gluten free flour
-2 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp oil
-1/4 cup plant milk
For the Buttercream
-1 tbsp vegan butter
-1 tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp matcha powder
Preparation:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together 2. Add the liquids and mix
3. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe the whoopie pies
4. Bake for 12 minutes on 170c
5. Mix all the ingredients for the buttercream
6. Add the buttercream between two whoopie pies.
